MANIFESTING MONEY Lesson 8: Terrified you can’t pay your bills?

 

Our manifestation project is working brilliantly!  I know this because many have been reporting a full on experience of the inner barriers that lie between them and their money goals. What is this full on experience?  Fear, worry and lack! now what’s the best approach to that fear?
Yes, these moments are scary and downright confusing at a logical level. But at a Soul level they makes complete sense since we have invoked healing of your relationship to money, mega money, and so everything that needs to be healed has come up and shown you its face. The worst thing you can do is try to fix it, stop it or resist in anyway. Rather hold your mega money intention firmly in your mind, and encourage your scared-self to breath deep, stand fully in the present moment, and feel every single tinge of angst. Anything (fear included) fully experienced turns to bliss. This process of unpacking your feelings about money is essential to becoming attractive to mega money.
So that you really get where I’m coming from on this relationship with money  idea let me explain it in another way. I have two friends who cycle to work. One has a car and a bicycle, and chooses to cycle to work because it’s healthy, fun and environmentally friendly. The other has no car and cycles to work because that is his primary mode of transport. Both have bikes, both cycle to work.
From the outside the facts are the same. But in truth the situations are very different. Why? Because their relationship with their bike is completely different. To the one with the car, the bike is a ‘nice to have’, to the other it is a ‘ have to have’. If the bike got stolen from the one who has a car the theft would be inconvenient, but not major. However if the bike got stolen from the one who used his bike to get everywhere, it dramatically affects their way of life. From this we see how the facts and situation do not create our experience of life, rather how our relationship to the facts is responsible for our experience of life.
Your relationships are deeply influenced by your beliefs, patterns needs, wants, personality and life situation. Your relationship with your feelings about money is also defined by these things. For instance if you need to be have lots of money in your life feel ok about yourself, experiencing lack will be an intense and loaded  experience that you are likely to resist. To another personality who doesn’t have money as a source of validation, not having money wouldn’t have such a strong negative charge.
So to get ourselves in touch with and working in harmony with the power of our feelings about money, we need to develop an understanding of our relationship to our them. For this, it’s essential that you give yourself permission to feel them. To help you do this in a supported way, here’s a fabulous new tool, the karate chop technique. The karate chop
It’s done with the hands. That’s the beauty of it – it by-passes your mind and the rubbish it can tell you about yourself and money. With the karate chop you tap on energy pathways that lead to limiting feelings, bringing about the release of negative emotional states. This technique is brilliant to heal deep seated and even unconscious fears about money, having it – or the lack of it.
1. Tap the top of one hand with the finger tips of the other, starting by tapping the top part of the thumb as shown in the picture. You will state the difficult feeling experience as you do this always beginning with these words ‘ even though
 2. Continue to describe the negative feeling situation as you continue tapping over the top of the hand towards the baby finger.
 3. Once you have tapped your way to the end of your hand complete the exercise with a karate chop movement as shown in the picture, chopping the same point in each hand at the fleshy edge together several times as you say these words  ‘…. I deeply love and accept myself’.
  So let’s apply this fabulously releasing technique to a money scenario. Let’s say your income has dropped off to levels where you can’t pay your bills.  In this situation, the sentence you will speak as you tap and chop will be something like this:
‘Even though I am so scared that I have no money. A part of me feels like I’m going to die. I feel like lying down and giving up. I think about what I’m going to say to my landlord and I freeze. And then I remember I don’t have money for petrol and I feel sick.  I deeply love and accept myself.’
The combining of the sentence with the tapping sequence will be something like this:
‘Even though I am so scared that I have no money
A part of me feels like I’m going to die
 
I think about what I’m going to say to my landlord and I freeze
 
I feel like lying down and giving up.
And then I remember I don’t have money for petrol and I feel sick
[KARATE CHOP] I deeply love and accept myself.
Congratulations! You have just learned a life changing technique. Tap this out in sequences of three. This helps you discover more layers. And do the karate chop as often as you can – whenever you feel any money niggle arise – the more you do it, the more you release. Even better do it on the hour every hour as well. As you set out to do this consider these wise words of Lao Tzu:  ‘all difficult things have their origin in that which is easy and great things in that which is small’.  Each time you acknowledge your feeling about money and work with it in this small way, you’re putting your feet onto the path to mega money!
